Parking at the Watermark is pretty straightforward:
There are two entrance to the Resident‘s parking; one from Flower (southbound one way) and one from the alley next to Figueroa, I prefer that one.
When you arrive at the gate, call (there is not call box, use the number below) the front desk, tell them which side you’re at and the will come and open up from the inside.
The designated “future resident” parking spots are right next to the entrance, usually blocked off with white cones.
They will also buzz you into the lobby, you might have to call again, because you’re too far and out of site from the reception desk.
