About the Event
The class will be general fitness for all levels and teach the basics of martial arts WHILE getting in a good cardio sweat!
If you are going to be spending the time to workout and getting those reps in, you might as well be learning some functional skills at the same time!
THINK 50% Cardio Kickboxing 30% Real Martial Arts Application 20% Stretching and Mindfulness.
If you have a solid martial arts foundation this will still be good to sharpen the basics and increase the cardio.
If you have zero martial arts experience it will be a great way to learn a few things while also getting in some good cardio at home.
Each class will draw from VARIOUS styles of martial arts as inspiration.
