You are driven by every single beat and staying motivated during all workout.

The class contains warmup, interval training (cardio part and bodyweight challenges), “floor play” (exercises on the floor) and cool-down / stretching.

No equipment is needed besides yoga mat. Prepare water, towel and be ready to push the limits.
