About the Event
You are driven by every single beat and staying motivated during the entire workout.
The structure of the class is awarmup, interval training, (cardio and bodyweight challenges), “floor play” (exercises on the floor) and a cool-down/stretching.
No equipment is needed besides a yoga mat. Prepare water, towel and be ready to push the limits.
