High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), is a training technique that incorporates intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Light weights are incorporated into the workout.

About the Event
The class consists of a warmup, interval training (cardio part and bodyweight challenges), “floor play” (exercises on the floor) and cool-down / stretching.
Light weights are needed besides a yoga mat. Prepare water, towel and be ready to push the limits.
