Welcome to Bellydance Fitness - mix of beauty of dance and workout.
Belly Dance Fitness Class is open for EVERYONE who loves to dance, learn and work the body. Basic Bellydance moves, core steps are mixed with moderate cardio level and toning fitness elements.
The program is designed for all levels and any experience; includes warm-up, breakdowns, learning techniques of basic moves, unique dance-fitness choreography.
